GATINEAU X LOEL 12 days of Christmas Golden Ticket Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by GATINEAU ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of GATINEAU, Loel, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Only Advent Calendars purchased directly from GATINEAU.com during the promotional period are eligible.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion applies to qualifying Advent Calendars purchased from GATINEAU.com between 1st September 2026 and 24th December 2026, or while stocks last.
4. Promotion Details
Ten (10) winning Golden Stars (Etoile D’or) have been randomly inserted into ten (10) Gatineau 12 days of Christmas Advent Calendars.
Customers who discover a Golden Star inside their Advent Calendar will be entitled to claim one (1) pair of Loel Small Gold Tassel Hoop Earrings worth £150
The Golden Stars have been randomly distributed prior to sale. Not all Advent Calendars contain a Golden Star.
5. Prize
There are ten (10) prizes available in total.
Each prize consists of one (1) pair of earrings supplied by Loel.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Claiming a Prize
Winners must contact GATINEAU at info@gatineau.com by 5th January 2027.
Winners will be required to provide photographic evidence of the Golden Star along with the unique winning code.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim before awarding a prize.
Failure to provide requested information may result in the claim being invalidated.
7. Prize Fulfilment
Once a claim has been verified, the prize will be dispatched to the winner within a reasonable period.
Delivery will be made to a UK address provided by the winner.
8. Data Protection
Any personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment, in accordance with Gatineau's Privacy Policy.
9. General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen Golden Tickets.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse claims where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, tampering or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Free gifts cannot be combined with discount codes, except when using a loyalty discount code or with subscribe and save.
Influencer codes cannot be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from the improper use of promotional codes. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts or the use of multiple emails associated with the same address or account for the purpose of redeeming single-use codes more than once.
